Mr. Roopchand is the founder & CEO of Roop Chand Institute of Fine Art (RCIFA). He’s a president awardee bagging several national and international awards as well. He has a knack for cultivating the mind that is booming creativity. His prime focus is to create a family of artists that can see the art of living with creativity.
